Visiting and delivering this website

This website uses Cloudflare Workers, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technical connection data, including your IP address and request information, is processed for delivery and security. I rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my interest in a working, secure website.

I do not use my own visitor analytics. Application-level access logs are disabled. Cloudflare nevertheless processes technical operational and security data to provide and protect the service.

The Cloudflare-DPA, incorporated into the Self-Serve Agreement, covers customer content. Cloudflare also processes data for its own operational and security purposes. Processing outside the EEA is possible; the DPA includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for protected transfers. Data categories and purpose-based retention criteria: Cloudflare privacy policy.

Contact by email or phone

When you contact me, I process the contact details and information you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries concerning a possible or existing contract. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my interest in responding to incoming requests.

I manage the ts@pdorf.at mailbox myself and use it to handle your enquiries. Systems involved in email transmission process the data needed for delivery.

Contact form

When you submit the form, the website server processes your completed contact and message fields using Cloudflare and its email service to forward them to my ts@pdorf.at mailbox. Required fields are marked; other information is optional. Without a required contact detail, a reply through the form cannot be arranged. You may contact me directly by email or phone instead.

I use the email address you provide as the reply address. No automatic email is sent to visitors.

The form application creates no message archive and writes no form content to application logs. Cloudflare processes delivery and security data and may scan email content automatically for abuse. This may involve temporary processing and storage by the provider. The legal bases under Contact apply; messages received by me follow the retention criteria below.

Spam protection uses a shared counter without visitor data. It requires no additional browser challenge.

Retention and deletion

I retain contact details and messages only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting work together. Completed enquiries with no further necessary purpose are deleted. Where specific records remain necessary for applicable legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, retention is limited to that purpose and scope. Those records are deleted when that reason also ends.

Cloudflare determines retention of its operational and security data by service purpose and legal requirements; no single retention period for all data is promised here. Provider information: Cloudflare privacy policy.

YouTube videos

Preview images are loaded from this website. The external player at youtube-nocookie.com is loaded only after you read the data notice and expressly select “Load YouTube video”. For EEA users, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is generally the controller.

Google then receives connection data such as your IP address and information about your browser and video use. Account association may depend on Google settings and sign-in. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent this connection. Processing may also take place outside the EEA. Purposes, retention and transfer arrangements are explained in the Google privacy policy.

The embedding I initiate relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may decline and continue using the rest of the website. Closing the player ends this embedding; it does not retrieve data already transferred. Each new video selection needs fresh activation. This website stores no lasting consent in your browser.

Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons concerning your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Please send requests to ts@pdorf.at. Information about your rights.
